I did not come to outdoor hospitality consulting through theory. I came through it.
I am Amy Hansen — Director of Operations across a luxury landscape hotel brand, a multi-park RV portfolio, and my own consulting practice. I have built the SOPs, led the teams, resolved the crises, structured the financials, and navigated the decisions that define this industry at its highest level. That operational background is the foundation of everything I bring to my clients.
I started Amity Outdoors because outdoor hospitality deserves better strategic support than it typically receives. This sector is complex, seasonal, deeply personal for most operators — and it rewards the operators who build with intention. My work is not about templates or generic best practices. It is about understanding what you are building, where the gaps are, and closing them with precision.
